- REQUESTNew client visits institution’s portal from his smartphone and starts the onboarding
- PERSONAL DATAusers has to fill in their personal data
- CREDENTIALSAn OTP is sent to user’s email and phone
- OCRTake a picture of the document. Document validity is verified and the OCR reads the personal information
- FACE BIOMETRIC MATCHINGTo prove his identity, the client receives the instructions to take pictures of himself. The biometrics of the face are compared to the pictures on the documents
- PROOF OF LIVENESSUsers has to prove their liveness blinking, and voice recording
- SIGNATUREUsers upload a photo of their signature or they sign in real-time

- ONBOARDING COMPLETEThe client is registered in the institution’s system
Once the user’s has created his profile the authentication procedure is quick and easy
- LOGINClient inserts his username and password on institution website
- TRANSACTION SELECTIONClient selects the transaction to perform
- SECURITY CODE AND OTPThe client inserts his security code he had chosen previously. The client receives an OTP via SMS and inserts it
- CA SIGNATUREThe CA receives the HASH of the document from the institution/SW provider and embeds the signature of the enrolled customer
- TRANSACTION COMPLETEThe SW receives the signed HASH and attaches to the document. The document is signed

Innosuisse is an entity under public law with a separate legal identity, which is composed of four expert bodies. The composition and responsibilities of the bodies are set out in the Federal Act on the Swiss Innovation Promotion Agency. Innosuisse is the Swiss Innovation Promotion Agency.
